The Sereine Selection

Four treatments. Every one different.

No need to study a spa menu here as though it were a wine list. A clear offering, carefully built around different techniques and results. That reads faster and books more pleasantly.

Sereine Flow, lymphatic drainage

Sereine Flow

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting

Flow does the work gravity forgot.

Sereine Flow is a full body treatment based on Brazilian inspired lymphatic drainage techniques. The technique is gentle and rhythmic, yet very purposeful: I work with the natural lymphatic flow and pay extra attention to areas where the body retains fluid more quickly.

Why so gentle?

A significant part of the lymphatic system sits superficially, just under the skin. That is why lymphatic drainage does not call for hard, deep pressure. The aim is not to force fluid out of the body, but to support its natural movement with controlled strokes. That makes Sereine Flow strikingly relaxing and purposeful at the same time.

Functional

Within specialised healthcare, lymphatic drainage is used among other things as part of the treatment of certain forms of lymphoedema and swelling. In a wellness treatment such as Sereine Flow the focus is on supporting lymphatic circulation and fluid movement in healthy clients. Unexplained or medical swelling should always be assessed medically first.

Aesthetic

Fluid retention can soften the contour of the stomach, legs and waist among others. When temporarily accumulated fluid decreases, the body can feel lighter and look more defined after a treatment. That is why Sereine Flow is often booked before a holiday, in the run-up to a wedding, for a photoshoot or an important event.

The lighter feeling after a treatment is temporary. As the body builds fluid up again, the effect gradually fades, usually after a few days. That is exactly why I recommend regular maintenance sessions, a little like a good skincare routine, to preserve the aesthetic result.

Sereine Unknot, trigger point massage

Sereine Unknot

Triggerpoint & Deep Tension Massage

Tension has an expiry date here.

A knot between your shoulder blades. A neck that is permanently tense. Muscles that struggle to let go after hours at a screen or intensive sport.

Trigger points are hypersensitive spots within tense muscle fibres. They can be tender under pressure and sometimes cause a recognisable referral pattern to another area. During the treatment I therefore work specifically on the muscle involved and the tension pattern around it, rather than only on the spot where you feel the pain.

Does it have to hurt?

A trigger point can be tender, but pain is not a goal in itself. With me you do not have to lie there for sixty minutes with your teeth clenched because a firm massage supposedly only works that way. Targeted techniques alternate with calmer strokes, so the muscle gets attention without the whole treatment feeling heavy.

Trigger point and myofascial techniques are used among other things for muscle-related pain and tension. Research points to possible short-term benefits for pain and function in certain neck and shoulder complaints, although massage does not replace a medical diagnosis.

Often chosen for

  • A neck and shoulders that struggle to relax
  • Recurring tension between the shoulder blades
  • Tense or tired back muscles
  • Stiffness from long periods of sitting or desk work
  • Muscle knots that keep returning
  • Overworked muscles after sport
  • Tension around hips and legs

Sereine Slow, relaxation massage

Sereine Slow

Relaxation massage

Slow is still a treatment.

No rush, no excess, no pressure to do more. Sereine Slow focuses on quality of movement, comfortable pressure and a calm pace in which relaxation is central.

I work with long, flowing strokes and adjust the pressure to what feels comfortable for you. The treatment is meant to ease general muscle tension and give your body the chance to genuinely settle.

No intensive focus on a single complaint. Instead, attention to comfort, rhythm and a treatment that stays calm from beginning to end.

Sereine Face Edit

Advanced Facial Massage, Sculpting & Buccal

Contour without the filter.

A layered facial treatment with attention to fascia, muscle tissue, lymphatic flow and contour.

Sereine Face Edit combines advanced manual facial techniques that go further than a classic facial massage. The treatment addresses various structures that shape how the face feels and looks: superficial and deeper fascia, facial muscles, chewing muscles, lymphatic flow and tissue mobility.

That is why I do not work from one fixed routine. The focus may be on decongestion and drainage, myofascial release, intraoral buccal work, lifting or facial contouring, depending on what is most relevant during the treatment.

Buccal & myofascial release

Buccal massage is an intraoral technique in which, wearing gloves, the chewing muscles, cheek muscles and deeper muscle structures around the jaw and mouth are worked from inside the mouth. By working both externally and intraorally, muscle groups and tension patterns can be reached that are harder to access directly in a classic facial.

Facial lymphatic drainage

A gentle, rhythmic technique aimed at the superficial lymphatic pathways of the face, throat and neck. Because the lymphatic system lies largely superficially, the pressure stays deliberately light. Often used for:

  • Puffiness
  • Visible fluid around the eyes and jawline
  • A heavy or fuller feeling face
  • A wish for more contour and definition
  • Preparing the tissue for other manual techniques

Face sculpting & lifting

Here the work is more active on the muscle structures and tissues that help shape contour, expression and facial tone. The techniques are faster, more precise and more dynamic than drainage or myofascial release. The aim is not to change the face artificially, but to give the existing contour more visual definition and to balance tension within the muscle tissue.

Facial cupping & face taping

Facial cupping uses small cups and a light, controlled suction to work on superficial fascia, microcirculation and tissue mobility. Face taping is used as a supporting technique around the support and relaxation of certain muscle patterns. Neither is a gimmick: they are only added when they genuinely contribute something.

Sereine Face Edit will only become bookable once my training and certification are complete. I want to master what I offer first, and only then may it go on the website.
