Sereine is the result of curiosity.

The lymphatic system has intrigued me for longer than I have been giving massages. I am convinced it is one of the most underestimated systems in the body, and that conviction had me digging into it years ago.

From there I went deeper and deeper into manual techniques. Lymphatic drainage is my great passion, and trigger point massage and advanced facial work follow on from it seamlessly.

Alongside that I work in human resources, where I have been dealing with people for years: listening, observing, building trust. I quickly sense what someone needs, before they say it themselves.

Sereine is exactly that combination: knowledge of the body, knowledge of people, and the attention to do justice to both.

For me a treatment may both feel good and do something: pleasant enough to sink into completely, and purposeful enough to know why we are doing it.

The person first

Before we start, I want to know briefly why you are here and what matters to take into account during the treatment.

That can be about tension or sensitivities, but equally about fluid retention, medical points of attention, or simply the kind of treatment you are choosing that day.

Technique I stand behind

I deliberately invest in quality training and certification, both in Belgium and internationally. Not to list as many techniques as possible, but because I want to understand what I am doing: anatomy, pressure, direction of movement, contraindications and the reason a technique is performed in a particular way.

My offering grows with me

New treatments only appear at Sereine once I am properly trained in them and have built up enough hands-on experience.

So you know that whatever is on this page is genuinely mastered.

Sereine combines specialised manual techniques around fascia, lymphatic flow, tissue mobility, sculpting and facial rejuvenation. Every treatment starts from anatomical knowledge, controlled pressure and a precise approach to the tissue.

I trained at Diosa, an internationally known name with a reach of more than 100K, where I learned the Signature Lymphatic Touch massage, based on the Brazilian method of Renata França. For six months now I have worked in their salon every Saturday, refining that technique in practice.

My interest does not stop at a certificate. I keep going deeper into innovative manual techniques around the lymphatic system, fascia, body sculpting and advanced facial rejuvenation. The lymphatic system remains the thread running through it. It is a fascinating network with no central pump like the heart, where breathing, muscle movement, pressure differences and the lymph vessels' own contractile activity all help move lymph along.

Not every trend needs to end up at Sereine. I deliberately choose techniques I believe in, that I am properly trained in and that genuinely add something to the way I already work.
