Sereine Face Edit
€ 180
60 minutes on the face and neck. Lymphatic drainage, buccal work on the jaw muscles, and sculpting for more contour.
Travel to Ghent and the surrounding municipalities is included in the price, with a Sereine Series or a gift voucher too. If your address lies outside those municipalities and more than 25 kilometres from Ghent, € 1 per kilometre is added from the 26th kilometre onwards, for the outward journey only. I work it out in advance, so you know the amount before you book. The full rule and the list of municipalities are in the terms.
Sereine Series
Book ten. Pay for nine.
Book ten treatments, pay for nine. € 1,350 for ten 60-minute treatments, so € 135 instead of € 150 each.
Some treatments are planned for a specific occasion. Others only get better once they have a fixed place in your calendar. That is why there is a Sereine Series for returning clients. The conditions and validity period are listed below.
Good to know about the Sereine Series
- The Sereine Series is a package of ten treatments with a fixed end date.
- Your card is valid for one year from your first treatment. That first appointment is booked at the time of purchase, so the end date is known from the start and is shown on your card.
- The card is personal and in your name, and cannot be passed on.
- One session equals 60 minutes. A 90-minute treatment costs one and a half sessions.
- A Sereine Face Edit can be booked with your Sereine Series too. It takes one session, plus a deposit of € 30 at confirmation. That covers the difference between the standard 60-minute rate and the Sereine Face Edit, so for the treatment itself there is nothing left to pay afterwards.
- You have fourteen days after purchase to change your mind, as long as no session has been used.
- Once the first session has been used, the package is fixed and the card can no longer be refunded.
- Unused sessions expire on the end date.
- You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, or if nobody is at home, your session stays valid; if it happens a second time, I ask for a deposit of € 30 for the next appointment.
- If your address lies outside the core region, the travel contribution applies to cardholders as well.
- If prices change, a card already in use keeps the conditions from the time of purchase.
Gift voucher
Give the gift of staying in.
A treatment as a present, at the home of whoever receives it.
You choose a treatment or an amount; I write out the voucher with its own number, and you give it away. Payment is by bank transfer, and as soon as it comes in I send the voucher or hand it over.
Good to know about the gift voucher
- The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. That date is printed on the voucher.
- It is valid for all treatments in The Sereine Selection.
- When you book, the voucher confirms the appointment straight away, so no deposit is needed.
- If that appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, or you are not at home, the voucher remains valid. If it happens a second time, I ask for a deposit of € 30 for the next appointment.
- If an amount is stated on the voucher and the treatment costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not paid out.
- Travel within the core region is covered by the voucher. If whoever receives it lives outside that area, the same travel contribution applies as for an ordinary appointment.
When you book
A deposit of € 30
I mostly work on weekday evenings and Sundays, exactly the slots that fill up fastest. That is why I ask for a deposit of € 30 when an appointment is confirmed. That amount is deducted from the final price.
- Cancelling or rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance: the deposit moves once to the new date. If you cancel in time without setting a new date, you get it back.
- If you move the same appointment a second time, I ask for a new deposit for the new date. The first is then neither refunded nor set off.
- Cancelling within 24 hours or not being at home: the deposit is not refunded.
- If I cannot come, you get the deposit back or we reschedule free of charge.
- With a Sereine Series, I do not ask for a deposit. The session itself serves as the guarantee.
- The same goes for a gift voucher. The voucher itself confirms the appointment.
- If you book a Sereine Face Edit with your Sereine Series, I do ask for a deposit of € 30. That covers the difference between the standard 60-minute rate and the Sereine Face Edit, so for the treatment itself there is nothing left to pay afterwards.
